We're excited to announce a new feature that offers a safe and secure way to process EFT and eWallet refunds directly within Mobiloan.
Key Features:
Role-Based Restrictions: To ensure security, specific roles will have access to refund functionality.
Strict Refund Limits: Refunds will be limited to the outstanding balance of the loan, preventing overpayments.
One Refund per Loan: Each loan can only have one EFT or eWallet refund processed.
Notifications : You'll receive email notifications for successful and unsuccessful Allps EFT or eWallet refunds.
To enable the Wallet & EFT functionality for a specific Role :
Once you've granted the necessary permissions to the appropriate roles, users will be able to access the EFT or Wallet options when creating a new manual refund transaction.
