4.69.15 - Quick Assign and Follow Up for Collection Tickets

We've added new columns in the collection ticket results table which enables the user perform quick actions on the collection table such as:

1. Assigning to another originator

2. Setting a future follow up date

With the addition of these two columns, you can skip going into each collection ticket and setting a follow up future date or assigning an operator.
