4.69.10 - Opt out of Marketing SMS's and Affordability Visibility limitations

We have strengthened our security measures to prevent marketing SMS messages from being sent to clients who have not given their consent.

Clients can now reply "STOP" to any marketing SMS message to unsubscribe at any time. An email will be sent to appropriate users to notify them of the client's SMS reply.

The Modality Apps Team will now configure the following on your behalf:

  • Assigning Allps Users to branches

  • Defining Insurance Policies

As a result, Super Users will no longer have access to the Allps Setup and Insurance Setup options in the Setup Menu.

We have released a new configuration setting in the Category Setup defined as the Affordability User Access which allows you to limit the visibility of the client's affordability between branch users and loan evaluators.
