With the launch of the Digital Bank Statements feature, we've introduced a range of new Evaluation Rights that correspond to the various warnings that may be triggered during a single digital bank statement enquiry.
These rights provide more granular control over how users can interact with, view, or respond to specific warning types generated during evaluations.
You can access and configure these rights by navigating to: Setup > Roles > Evaluation Tab
Please review the descriptions of each new evaluation right, and assign them to roles as appropriate, based on your company's compliance requirements.

Description
Digital bank statement and loan repayment account number differ
The account number on the statement doesn't match the loan repayment account number.
Digital bank statement date older than set expiry date
The statement is older than the allowed or valid date range.
Digital bank statement balance differs to sum of debits and credits
The balance on the statement doesn't match the calculated sum of debits and credits.
Digital bank statement file creation date not within 90 days of statement date
The file was created more than 90 days before or after the statement date.
Digital bank statement file create date and modified date differ
The file's creation date is different from its last modified date.
Digital bank statement file creation author not registered by bank
The person or entity that created the file isn't recognized by the bank.
Digital bank statement file creation software different to used by bank
The software used to create the file is not the same as what the bank typically uses.
Digital bank statement file creation software not endorsed by bank
The software used isn't officially approved or endorsed by the bank.
