We’ve addressed a common issue where roles had only a single access right to either view the entire Advanced Reporting menu or none at all.
To provide greater flexibility and control, we’ve introduced individual access rights for each advanced report. This update allows administrators to finely tune access permissions, ensuring that roles have precisely the level of access they need.
Now, you can customize these rights by navigating to Setup > Role > {Choose a Role} > Reporting Tab, as shown in the screenshot below.
This enhancement empowers you to manage reporting access with greater precision. Specifically, the permissions enabled for a role (as configured above) will directly reflect in the Advanced Reporting Menu, ensuring that users only see the reports they are authorized to access.
