4.73.01 - Refund Via Amplifin™️Wallet & EFT

🆕 Introducing Enhanced Amplifin Refund Functionality

We're excited to announce a new feature that offers a safe and secure way to process EFT and eWallet refunds directly within Mobiloan.

Key Features:

• Role-Based Restrictions: To ensure security, specific roles will have access to refund functionality.

• Strict Refund Limits: Refunds will be limited to the outstanding balance of the loan, preventing overpayments.

• One Refund per Loan: Each loan can only have one EFT or eWallet refund processed.

• Notifications : You'll receive email notifications for successful and unsuccessful Allps EFT or eWallet refunds.

Enabling the feature

To enable the Wallet & EFT functionality for a specific Role :

Navigate to Role Setup in `Setup Menu >> Role`

This feature is Role Right restricted as an ADVANCED TRANSACTION LEDGER Right ,

Enable 'Refund via Amplifin Wallet' & 'Refund via Amplifin EFT'

The screenshot below highlights these two roles.

Refund Via EFT & Wallet

Once you've granted the necessary permissions to the appropriate roles, users will be able to access the EFT or Wallet options when creating a new manual refund transaction.
